Our 28-day return policy
If you're not happy with the item(s) you've received or have simply changed your mind, then you have up to 28 working days from the day after you receive your order to contact us in writing and let us know of your decision.
We’ll then work with you to find a solution, whether that means replacing your order or refunding you in full once we have the goods back in stock.
Please note that once goods have been fitted, we cannot take them back unless there is a fault with the product itself.
The returns process
To request an exchange or collection please email email@example.com within the 28 working day time frame.
Once the goods are back with Tyres Direct and been inspected accordingly, a refund will then be issued.
Collection fees do vary and are calculated by weight and size, so if an order has been placed in error then the customer will be liable for the collection fee in full.
Collections of goods can be expensive due to weight and size, so please make sure you are 100% sure with your decision before purchasing.
